Andrew Sandomire, Esq.

A Colorado Native, Andrew Sandomire was born in Boulder, but spent most of his youth in Littleton, Colorado. He later returned to his hometown to pursue a degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder (CU). 

Andrew then attended the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law where he graduated with his J.D. in 2003. He attended an additional year, and subsequently received an LLM in taxation from the University of Denver in 2004.

After completing his education, Andrew co-founded the Law Offices of Sandomire and Schwartz until its dissolution in 2015. 

At the beginning of 2016, he co-founded Sandomire & Kuberry, PLLC, a firm which focuses on Personal Injury Suits such as auto accidents, slip and falls, workers’ compensation, and social security disability claims, while also handling criminal defense work.

In his years as an attorney, Andrew Sandomire has managed and successfully settled or litigated thousands of cases, totaling up to millions of dollars for his clients.

When Andrew is not at the office, he enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and playing poker. 


Jaynie Kuberry

Jaynie Kuberry was born and raised in Lakewood, Colorado.  She graduated from Colorado Christian University with a B.A. in Social Science, emphasis in American History, concentration in Biblical Studies and minors in Psychology and Biology in 2002.  Jaynie obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2006.  

Jaynie began her legal career as a paralegal for The Gregory Law Firm in 2000.  She continued her employment throughout college and law school, and eventually became an associate.  In 2014, Jaynie joined Sandomire & Schwartz as an associate.  At the beginning of the year, Jaynie co-founded Sandomire & Kuberry, PLLC, focusing in personal injury, criminal defense, Worker’s Compensation and social security disability.  

Jaynie has held multiple positions within a personal injury law firm, and has handled all aspects of her cases.   When she began at The Gregory Law Firm, the company focused on civil defense, representing the insurance companies.  The firm shifted its focus to representing Plaintiffs around 2001.  The experience Jaynie received from assisting on the side of the defense helped her gain a different perspective and understanding when representing plaintiffs.


Richard Sandomire, Esq.

Richard Sandomire began practicing law in Colorado in 1974, and has successfully managed his own firm, The Law Office of Richard Sandomire, for over thirty years. During this time he has represented numerous individuals and continues to settle or obtain tens of millions of dollars for his clients.

Richard Sandomire is an integral member of Sandomire & Kuberry, PLLC. His extensive experience in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability helps provide excellent insight to successfully handling a wide variety of cases and legal strategies.  


Torrey Livenick, Esq.

Torrey Livenick, Esq. is a fourth generation Colorado lawyer. Although she was born in California and raised in Nevada, she spent every summer in Colorado and knew she planned to make Denver her home.

After graduating from Bryn Mawr College with a degree in Classical Culture and Society, she returned to Las Vegas to work as a paralegal. Once she spent five years building her skills and confirming her interest, she attended Emory University School of Law.

Torrey’s interests include trivia (she even was a contestant on Jeopardy! during her law school days), video games, playing with her cats, and the arts. She is active in pro bono organizations including Metro Volunteer Lawyers.

In addition to the State of Colorado, Torrey is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Colorado, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the 10th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.


Jason Jovanovich

Jason Jovanovich has practiced law for over twenty years and has served as a public defender, district attorney and as a judge for the State of Colorado and several municipalities as well. He is an experienced litigator who enjoys being in court and interacting with clients. He is originally from New England but has lived throughout the United States. He enjoys traveling, food and the arts and is a songwriter and musician. When not in court, he enjoys spending time with his children and his two cats or playing music.
